Environmental Impact Assessment

Management of EIA projects through all stages of the process for a wide range of project types including large road projects, mixed use developments, mineral extraction, waste / energy projects, residential development, commercial/industrial development, port development, electrical infrastructure projects, leisure facilities and renewable projects;
Attendance at oral hearings, public inquiries, planning appeals and court courses as expert witness and in a project management capacity;
Post-EIA environmental management of projects during construction of projects both as client supervisory representative and as CEMP coordinator on behalf of the contractor.

Management of IPPC applications or elements of IPPC applications for a wide range of project types including industrial plants, waste/recycling operations, mineral extraction sites and energy plants;
Completion of environmental audits and environmental due diligence audits of a range of facility types including industrial plants, commercial facilities, mineral extraction sites and nursing homes;
Preparation of and auditing of Environmental Management System (EMS) / Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.

Completion of detailed Noise Impact Assessments (NIA) for a wide range of project types including large road schemes, wind farm developments, solar farms, electrical infrastructure projects, large energy projects, port redevelopments, mixed use masterplans, residential projects, school redevelopment, industrial / commercial development, mineral extraction projects, waste projects, leisure projects and stadium planning applications;
Attendance as expert witness for oral hearings, public inquiries and planning appeals associated with completion of NIAs for planning applications;
Completion of surveys and assessments for noise nuisance cases and attendance as expert witness at court cases;
Acoustic Design – Provisions of acoustic design input as part of the design team for various RIBA stages for a variety of project types including schools, leisure centres, tourist buildings, industrial buildings and office development.
